San Diego based HR administrative firm provides Recruiter Support Solution to manage payroll, taxes and insurance responsibilities
SAN DIEGO, CA - April 20, 2006 - Innovative Employee Solutions (IES), a nationwide provider of outsourced payroll and human resources (HR) administration services, today announced the successful implementation of its Recruiter Support Solution with client Wanda Wallace, an Agent HR recruiter serving healthcare clients nationwide. The Recruiter Support Solution provides back office payroll and HR administrative services as the legal employer of record to clients and employees. IES' program manages all aspects of payroll, taxes and insurance responsibilities and allows Wanda Wallace to focus on recruiting while offering employees additional benefits.
